Our friendly & highly trained showroom staff have a wealth of knowledge, on hand to assist you with any enquiries no matter how big or small. We can help advise on what products will suit your needs & situation, either here in our showroom, over the phone or via email. Each fireplace is tailored to your individual requirements, matching your needs to the correct products.
Product
Whether you just need minor alteration to your fireplace or are planning a full feature fireplace wall incorporating shelving, TV’s & media, we can help design and advise on colours & materials. We can also produce full CAD drawings. We work directly with our customers or with architects, builders & interior designers on larger projects.
Survey
We always carry out a home visit to check suitability prior to your installation or order. Our surveyor will go through the installation options with you, guide you through the process & advise on how the work to the fireplace will need to be coordinated with any other work you are having done in the room such as flooring or decorating in order to achieve the best possible finish. The surveyor will also help with advising on the size of the fireplace & heat required for the room to ensure it looks right & performs correctly.
Installation
We only use our own fully employed HETAS & Gas Safe fitters to install our products. No sub contractors. All our fitters are employed by us all year round, they take pride in their work and have a vast amount of experience and knowledge. Our senior engineers have over 30 years of installation experience each.
Aftersales & Servicing
We are able to offer the best possible aftersales service because we only install products we have supplied & fitted with our in-house installation teams. We have a direct link back to the manufactures for any warranty claims or parts required. We also understand that sometimes you may just require a little help & advice. We are here to help with operation of your new appliance including firing of a woodburner & operation of gas or electric fires. We can also help with caring for stone, slate, granite & marble fireplaces. We offer servicing on gas & solid fuel fires that we have installed with no contract.
