We always recommend that you bring in a picture of your current fireplace when visiting the showroom, as this will help us to advise you of your options.
We will help you combine the different elements to create your perfect fireplace, whether you are choosing ready made items or require a complete bespoke design service.
Our dedicated surveyor will visit you at home to check the suitability of your situation for your chosen fireplace. Our surveyor will offer you any technical information you require as well as helping plan your fireplace installation around other works you may be carrying out. All of our home visits are free of charge.
Prior to any work commencing & after our survey, we will provide you with a free of charge, fully itemised quotation either via email or post (depending on your preference). The quotation will detail the work we will undertake along with the fireplace you have chosen & give you any other options required.
Our experienced in-house installation teams carry out all of our installations. Our engineers are Gas Safe & HETAS registered. We undertake all aspects of the installation; removing the existing fireplace, altering the fireplace, fitting the new fire/fireplace & plastering.
All of our work is covered by our 2 year guarantee. The fires we supply are from the UK’s leading suppliers. This ensures we are able to obtain parts & maintain your fire for the duration of its life. We also offer ongoing servicing for gas & solid fuel appliances.
If you already have your own installer, we are happy to offer all products & made to measure items on a supply only basis. We offer a two person delivery to the room for large & heavy items (an additional cost will apply).
