Design & Create

We can help you create your prefect fireplace, whether you are just looking for a little refresh with a new fire or surround or a completely new fireplace. We recommend an initial visit to the showroom where our friendly showroom team can help you with lots of ideas. We have over 50 different fireplaces set up in the showroom to help you get inspired. 

Many of our fireplaces are made to measure & bespoke made, giving you complete flexibility & ensuring the best fit for your room. We will help advise you on size, materials, colours & designs. The showroom is full of samples of different stone, marble, slates, wood etc. to help you combine your colour palette & textures for your new fireplace.

For larger projects such as feature fireplace walls or fully bespoke complete fireplaces we offer a design appointment, where we will sit down in front of our lovely cosy stoves & individually design every element of the fireplace with you. We will spend time taking inspiration from around the showroom & our design books, as well as looking at pictures of fireplaces we have previously installed to help create a design that fits you perfectly.

Home Visit

                
Following a showroom visit & consultation we will arrange a free or site visit. This is a crucial part of the process in tailoring the fireplace to your requirements. It allows us to check that your ideas are suitable and compliant with the necessary regulations.

Our highly trained, friendly showroom team are here to help. Offering the best advice on all aspects of your fireplace project, whether you are looking for a minor alteration or a complete remodel we will take time to show you the options & match these with your requirements. We always recommend that you bring in a picture of your current fireplace when visiting the showroom, as this will help us to advise you of your options.                                            

                                                                                                                        
We will help you combine the different elements to create your perfect fireplace, whether you are choosing ready made items or require a complete bespoke design service.                                            

                                                                                                                        
Our dedicated surveyor will visit you at home to check the suitability of your situation for your chosen fireplace. Our surveyor will offer you any technical information you require as well as helping plan your fireplace installation around other works you may be carrying out. All of our home visits are free of charge.                                             

                                                                                                                        
Prior to any work commencing & after our survey, we will provide you with a free of charge, fully itemised quotation either via email or post (depending on your preference). The quotation will detail the work we will undertake along with the fireplace you have chosen & give you any other options required.                                             

                                                                                                                        
Our experienced in-house installation teams carry out all of our installations. Our engineers are Gas Safe & HETAS registered. We undertake all aspects of the installation; removing the existing fireplace, altering the fireplace, fitting the new fire/fireplace & plastering.                                             

                                                                                                                        
All of our work is covered by our 2 year guarantee. The fires we supply are from the UK’s leading suppliers. This ensures we are able to obtain parts & maintain your fire for the duration of its life. We also offer ongoing servicing for gas & solid fuel appliances.                                             

                                                                                                                        
If you already have your own installer, we are happy to offer all products & made to measure items on a supply only basis.
